We accept most Private Insurances with some exceptions of Cigna Local Plus and Baylor Scott and White whom we are not in network with.  HMO Plans will require PCP changes at the time of the visit.

Amerigroup Medicaid, Molina Medicaid, Parkland Medicaid, Traditional Medicaid, Aetna Medicaid, BCBS Medicaid and United Healthcare Medicaid with Ricardo Urrutia as the PCP on plan.

Refunds:

Over payments will be refunded upon request to the responsible party within 30 days. Depending on the situation. This is a case by case basis.


Newborn and insurance:

Many new parents are unsure how insurance works for their new baby. Most insurance plans will cover the baby automatically for the first 30 days under mom's policy, but not all do.

Contact your insurance company customer service department and your HR department about what's required to add the baby to your policy.


Insurance:

We bill insurance companies with whom we are participating providers. Deductibles, co-insurance  and co-payments are due at the time of your visit. Any remaining balance is due at the time of receipt. It is your responsibility to call your Insurance Company to acquire all payments, benefits, etc.

Please respond promptly to any claim inquiries sent to you by your insurance company. A prompt response will eliminate the balance reverting to your responsibility
